1: The dress is made to order. We suggest customers order at least 2 months earlier to leave more time for production and shipping.
2. Shipping time depends on the shipping ways you chosen.
3. Please message me your deadline in advance or detail any time-sensitive requests in the order's note box at checkout.
4. After placing your order, there is still ONE DAY to change your mind. Please confirm well before placing the order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Cancelling orders halfway will cause us a lot of losses, since all our dresses are not in stock, but brand new and custom-made for each order.
5. We provide rush order service for all products. If there is a rush order, we strongly suggest you contact us before place an order to avoid error estimates.

RETURN POLICY

1. We do not accept returns for custom dresses in size or dresses with any changes requested.
2. For regular-sized dresses with no changes, please message me your return request within 5 days of receiving the dress. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise, it will not be accepted.
3. We hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as the wrong custom-made measurements you provided or the standard size which we made right but you chose wrongly, or your event is cancelled or the dress is not needed any more, etc.
4. Please help clear the Custom Taxes. The returned fee will be covered at the customer’s end if you do not cooperate with Tax clearance. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control, we can't guarantee any tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.
